It's been a while, hasn't it?
Sorry about that.
I'd like to say that I've had a good excuse for not posting more frequently, but the only one I can offer is that life has just sort of happened and this blog has suffered for it.
Not to worry, though, you haven't really missed anything.
I was working on a new book. It's at about novelette-length, at the moment, but I've put it aside because it has become more a chore than an act of joy, and I'm one of those people who can't write if I don't enjoy what I'm writing.
I know. That's terribly unprofessional of me, but at least I'm being honest.
I have noticed a bit of an uptick in my Amazon sales lately, which is very nice. If I make another, I can afford to buy a bottle of Coke.
Anyway, gentle readers, the holiday season is finally over. I'm a little older, a little wiser, a little more jaded and a little wider. There's not much I can do about the first three, but I'm trying to get the last under control again.
I hope that the end of 2022 saw you in a better position than when it started and that 2023 has gotten off to a good start.
I will, sincerely, try to post more frequently.
